Cogent Wealth Reports
The DC Participant Planscape™ report looks in-depth at the defined contribution (DC) participant experience. The report benchmarks the top plan providers using critical participant satisfaction measures, and examines the attitudes and perceptions that inform and define participant behavior. The study will help subscribers maximize participant contribution and engagement levels, leverage cross-sell opportunities and access rollover dollars.

The report will enable subscribers to:

  • Identify competitive weaknesses and opportunities on key metrics that drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strengthen brand positioning for cross-sell potential
  • Enhance current participant engagement strategies
  • Execute effective strategies

Study results are based upon 4,600 web surveys among a statistically representative sampling of DC plan participants who are actively contributing to a DC plan and/or have at least $5,000 in a former employer’s DC plan.

Cogent Reports carefully analyzes US census data to design a sampling frame that mirrors the engaged participant universe by gender, region, age, education and household income. Strict quotas are set during data collection, and post-fielding statistical weighting (where necessary) is applied.
